Oral Presentations

 

Oral presenters will be given 13 minutes for their lightning talk (10min talk, 3 mins for questions). Using slideshow software, such as PowerPoint, is encouraged. We ask that presenters have their slides ready to share on April 11th, 2023 (prior to presentation day).  As a courtesy to the other presenters, oral presenters must be present for the entire hour in which they are scheduled to present.

How it works:

• Oral presenters will be grouped into a schedule based on their discipline.  A moderator will be present to call students when it is their turn to present and to take questions from the audience.

Oral Presentation Information:

• Max presentations = 10 (some sections will have less than 10 presenters)

• Each session will be approx. 1hr  to 1hr 30min

• Presenters must be present for the entirety of the session they’ve been assigned to

Winners for Each Session are as follows:  (Will be announced in the days following conclusion.)
