President

Chairperson of executive and general meetings. The president will represent the views of BioGrads to the Graduate Committee and on other relevant committees and act as an ombudsman for graduate students.

VP/Secretary

Records official minutes, keep track of attendance, organize the research symposium, and perform all the duties of the president in the event that the president is incapacitated.

Treasurer

The treasurer keeps written financial accounts, manage the finances of the organization and chair the finance committee. Also authorizes all expenditure of the organization as well as issue award checks.

Fundraiser

Organize, manage, and carry-out fundraising activities such as note-selling.

Social Coordinator

Organize social events such as the Jambalaya dinner, Crawfish boil, and tailgating.

Webmaster

Maintains the organization's webpages and social media accounts. Upon request, the webmaster will make available a list of active membership status for students.

Merchandiser

Organizes and manages the selling of BioGrads merchandise, and the BioGrads Marketplace webpage.
